All frames are Canadian Mabple or Birch.  Wood Rails are double-doweled, glued and secured with screws.  All frame corners are blocked.  Wooden springs rails are slotted into the side rails.  The frames have also been air dried a minimum of 2 years.   Lifetime warranty on frames.  Each frame is reinforced across the seat and back.  Great cushion life!
