All Frames are Canadian Maple or Birch.  Wood rails are double-doweled, glued, and secured with screws.  All frame corners are blocked.  Wooden spring rails are slotted into the side rails.  The freames have also been air-dried a minimum of two years.  Each frame is reinforced across the seat and back.  All frames are hand wired, self-decked and pre-leveled. 

Cushion cores contain non-migrating Dacron molecules that prohibit breakdown.
