Important Information about Ordering from Lindy's Furniture

Shipping: We ship anywhere in the U.S. and overseas

Sales Tax: You will pay sales tax on all items picked up or delivered in North Carolina. Some states require a "use tax". Please consult your local or state laws to determine what use tax is due, if any. Florida and Tennessee do have a "use tax".

Lindy's in Hickory:  Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri  9:00 am to 5:30 pm             Sat. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm CLOSED  Wed. and Sun.

Better Homes:  Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri  9:00 am to 6:00 pm             Sat. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm CLOSED  Wed. and Sun

  

Insured: Your order is fully insured against damage or loss. Lindy's Furniture is not liable for damages incurred after customer pick-up.

Delivery: We will send two men who will uncrate and install your furniture inside your home. Any freight damaged item can be returned to us at the carrier's expense for repair or replacement.Damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery if carrier is to pay for the damage. Touch-up markers are available for minor scratches. Damaged merchandise MUST be returned with the shipping company the day of delivery.

You have the option of special ordering from over 100 manufacturers, or selecting from our lovely floor samples for immediate delivery. Whichever option you choose, you can always rely on discount prices and service unmatched by any other dealer.
